At Revaacity, we are committed to providing you with fast, reliable, and affordable shipping options for your orders. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding our shipping procedures, delivery options, and costs. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
1. Shipping Areas
We currently offer shipping to the United States. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working to expand our shipping options in the future.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. The available shipping methods and delivery times will be displayed during checkout, based on your location and the items in your order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, weather conditions, and other factors.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day (Available for select locations)
Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order, your shipping address, and the shipping method you select. The exact shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. If you are eligible for free shipping, this will also be noted during checkout.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (within the U.S.).
If you choose expedited or next-day shipping, additional fees will apply.
4. Order Processing Time
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status and location of your package through the carrier’s website.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the shipping confirmation email.
6. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure that orders are shipped on time, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
- Weather-related delays
- Carrier disruptions or high-volume shipping periods (e.g., holidays)
- Issues with inventory or fulfillment
If your order is delayed, we will do our best to notify you and provide updated tracking information.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Revaacity is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier. However, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly if your package is lost or damaged.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at info@revaacity.com within 5 business days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange, as outlined in our Refund and Returns Policy.
8. Address Accuracy
To ensure timely and accurate delivery, please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Revaacity is not responsible for any delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

9. P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or other special delivery addresses. Please ensure that you provide a physical address for shipping.
